What every quotation sets out
You should never have to guess what a price includes. Each written quotation states the points below before an order is confirmed.
Logistics through partners
We work with independent freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs agents. We choose the route and partner for each shipment and coordinate the movement to your agreed delivery point. Delivery times depend on route, season and customs processes, so we confirm timing for each order rather than promise it in advance.
Documentation
We coordinate the commercial documents needed for each shipment, such as invoices and packing lists, and the transport and customs documents required for the destination. Requirements differ by country and product, and we confirm them with you before shipment.
